I have Aimable and it will join the rear of the center line. In the one time I played this before, the English turned up wind and the French were not able to get in front of them and they turned the van. The French chewed up the rear of the English, but they were able to double back and get the French van and middle.

I think that might be the same game I was in. Hopefully if they try that again the French van will do a little better.
